乳腺后间隙神经阻滞麻醉应用于乳腺肿物切除术效果及对免疫功能的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of the Application of Nerve Block Anesthesia with Post-Mammary Gland in Breast Tumor Resection and Its Effect on the Immune Function

摘要 目的探讨乳腺肿物切除术中应用乳腺后间隙神经阻滞麻醉的临床价值。方法选取行乳腺肿物切除术82例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组41例。对照组行喉罩吸入全身麻醉,观察组行乳腺后间隙神经阻滞麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果、免疫功能相关指标及不良反应。结果观察组麻醉起效时间、手术时间及术后恢复时间同对照组比较,均明显较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术前免疫功能指标无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组患者术后NK细胞、CD_3^+及CD_4^+检测值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者恶心、呕吐、头晕、出汗等不良反应发生率分别为12.20%、16.83%,观察组明显较低(P<0.05)。结论乳腺后间隙神经阻滞应用于乳腺肿物切除术中,麻醉效果显著,且能减少对免疫功能影响,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of the application of post interstitial nerve block anesthesia in breast tumor resection. Methods 82 patients with breast tumor resection were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group and there were 41 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with laryngeal mask inhalation anesthesia while patients in the observation group were treated with post interstitial nerve block anesthesia. The effects of anesthesia, indicators related to immune function and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, onset time of anesthesia, operation time and time of postoperative recovery room in the observation group were significantly shorter and the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0 . 05 ) . There was no significant difference in preoperative immune function indexes between the two groups ( P〉0 . 05 ) . The detection values of NK cells, CD3^+ and CD4^+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0. 05). The incidence of nausea, vomiting, dizziness, sweating and other adverse reactions in the two groups were respectively 12 . 20% and 16 . 83% and those in the observation group were significantly lower ( P〈0 . 05 ) . Conclusion The anesthetic effect of the application of post interstitial nerve block anesthesia in breast tumor&amp;nbsp;resection was significant, and could reduce the impact on immune function and also could reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. This method is worth promoting.
