摘要
目的:分析妇科再造丸(FKW)对雌二醇(E2)、孕激素(P)负荷诱导实验性大鼠子宫肌瘤的抑制作用,为临床提供依据。方法:通过乙烯雌酚以及黄体酮进行诱导实验性大鼠子宫肌瘤模型,记录妇科再造丸对于子宫、子宫横径、卵巢系数和子宫平滑肌厚度的影响,通过放射免疫法对妇科再造丸对于孕激素、促黄体生成素、血清雌激素、促卵泡生成素水平的影响。结果:妇科再造丸能够使子宫系数下降,使子宫平滑肌厚度以及子宫横径降低,和模型组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);妇科再造丸能够明显提高促黄体生成素以及促卵泡生成素水平,降低大鼠血清中血清雌激素以及孕激素水平。结论:妇科再造丸对于血清雌激素、孕激素负荷诱导实验性大鼠子宫肌瘤具有显著的抑制作用,作用机制可能和改善性腺轴功能状态有关。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of FKW in the treatment of estradiol( E2) and progesterone( P) in rats,and to provide evidence for clinical treatment. Method To induce the rat model of uterine leiomyoma by diethylstilbestrol and progesterone,recorded FKW of uterus,uterine transverse diameter,ovary diameter coefficient and the thickness of the uterine smooth muscle. The influence of FKW for progesterone and luteinizing hormone,estrogen,serum FSH levels by radioimmunoassay in gynecology. Results The uterine smooth muscle thickness and the transverse diameter of the uterus decreased,and the difference between the model group and the model group was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). FKW can obviously improve the LH and FSH levels,lower serum estrogen and progesterone levels in serum of rats. Conclusion FKW has a significant inhibitory effect on the serum estrogen and progesterone load in the experimental rats,and the mechanism may be related to the improvement of the functional status of gonadal axis.
