慢性心力衰竭患者QT间期及QT变异与心功能指标的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解慢性心力衰竭患者QT间期及QT变异与心功能指标的相关性。方法:选择诊断为慢性心力衰竭的患者共103例,测量其QTc、QTd、QT变异指数,比较其与心功能各项指标的相关性。结果:随着患者心功能NYHA分级增高,QTc、QTd、QTVI值相应增高。慢性心力衰竭患者QTc、QTd与QTVI三者之间有良好的相关性。QTVI与心超指标LVEF、FS呈良好的负相关,与LVEDD及NT-pro BNP均呈良好的正相关性,与LAD、IVRT、E/A指标的相关性不明显。结论:QT间期、QT变异是评价心力衰竭患者心功能及预后的重要指标。 Objective To understand the relationship between QT interval and QT variability and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure. Method 103 patients diagnosed as chronic heart failure. QTc 、QTd and QT variability index were measured,compare them with the cardiac function. Results With the level of cardiac function NYHA classification increased,the value of QTc、QTd and QTVI increased accordingly. Patients with chronic heart failure had a good correlation among QTc、QTd and QTVI. QTVI had a negative correlation with echocardiographic indexs of LVEF and FS,and was in good positive correlation with LVEDD and NT- pro BNP,however the relevance to LAD、IVRT、E / A was not obvious. Conclusion QT interval and QT variation is important index evaluating cardiac function and prognosis of heart failure patients.
