不同钠负荷对气管切开患者湿化排痰的护理效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of different sodium loads on wet sputum discharge in patients with tracheotomy

目的:针对气管切开的患者应用不同钠负荷量对人工气道进行诱导排痰的护理效果观察。方法:将180例气管切开患者随机分为3组,即A组(应用3.0%氯化钠溶液),B组(应用2.0%氯化钠溶液),C组(应用0.9%氯化钠溶液)从三组痰液的黏稠度、不良反应比较三种氯化钠溶液对气道痰液的湿化排痰效果。结果:三组氯化钠溶液对气管切开患者痰液黏稀释稠度、吸痰不良反应比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:应用2.0%氯化钠溶液对气管切开患者进行诱导排痰,加速患者排痰,有效减少患者不良反应,提高护士工作效率,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of different sodium loading on the artificial airway in patients with tracheoto-my. Method 180 patients with tracheotomy were randomly divided into 3 groups,Group A（ Application of 3% sodium chloride solution）,B group（ Application of 2% sodium chloride solution）,C group（ Application of 0. 9% sodium chloride solution）.From the viscosity of sputum,adverse reactions of the three groups compared with three sodium chloride solution on the airway humidification effect of expectoration of sputum. Results Sodium chloride solution for the three groups of patients with tracheotomy diluted sticky mucus consistency,suction adverse reactions were statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 005）. Conclusion Application for patients with trachea cut 2. 0% sodium chloride solution is more advantageous to wet airway mucus,and accelerate patients with sputum,reduce adverse reactions,patients improve the working efficiency of nurses,is worthy of popularization and application.
