摘要 2015年是中国经济发展的新常态元年,茶产业也进入了一个适应调整期。随着科技体制和供给侧改革不断推进,茶叶科技系统创新活力得以进一步释放。整体而言,茶产业在过去的一年中有亮点,也存在一些问题。全文系统梳理了2015年度包括专利、论文、标准等涉茶科技成果,概括了传统茶加工装备、深加工、质量安全领域的热点等最新科技进展,以及梳理了涉茶产业科技方面的年度重要事件,剖析了茶叶科技创新中存在的瓶颈问题,提出了导向性的应对策略,展望了"十三五"期间茶叶科技发展的趋势和机遇。 2015 was the first year of “new normal” for Chinese economy, in which the tea industry also enteredan adjustment period. With the deepening of the science & technology management system and supply-side reform, thetea industry went through continuous technological innovation. Generally, tea industry has achieved significantsuccesses in the past year, but some deficiencies were also seen. This report reviewed science and technologyachievements in the tea industry, including patents, technical paper, industrial standards, and summarized majorscientific research progresses in areas of traditional tea processing equipment, deep processing, quality and safety, etc..Significant events related to tea science and technology were also combed at the same time. Then this paper analyzedexisting problems in tea technological innovation, putting forward a series of guiding strategies and predicting thedeveloping trend and opportunities of tea science and technology during the “13th Five-year Plan”.
