坚持科技创新理念 加快新昌现代茶业发展步伐

Adhere to the Concept of Scientific and Technological Innovation to Accelerate the Development of the Modern Tea Industry in Xinchang

"十二五"期间,新昌始终坚持科技创新理念,在产业基础、科技应用、市场拓展、品牌提升等方面取得了长足发展。展望"十三五",新昌将牢固树立"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念,以"高效生态、特色精品、绿色安全"为目标,充分发挥新昌县茶业的自然资源与传统优势,强化政策扶持,加大科技创新,着眼全产业链建设,重点实施九大工程,努力完成"六个一"发展目标,实现由传统茶业向现代茶业转变。

During the “ 12th Five-Year Plan” period, Xinchang persisted in scientific and technologicalinnovation, which led to considerable progress in industrial base, application of technology, market development,brand promotion,etc.. In the coming ＆ 13th Five-Year Plan” period, the county will focus on five major developmentconcepts, namely innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing. With the goal of achieving “high efficiencyecology, characteristic quality and green security”, the county will make full use of the natural resources andtraditional advantages of tea industry, strengthen policy support and technological innovation to construct the wholeindustry chain. Meanwhile, it will also focus on implementing nine projects, make efforts to accomplish six goals torealize the transformation from traditional tea industry to modern tea industry.
