HPV、TCT检查联合阴道镜下活检对宫颈病变的筛查

Under HPV TCT Combined with Colposcopy and Biopsy to Check for Cervical Lesions Screening

目的探讨TCT、HPV检查联合阴道镜下活检对宫颈病变的筛查效果。方法整群选取2015年5月—2016年5月该院就诊的1 270例患者为研究对象,回顾分析其临床资料,给予TCT、HPV检查联合阴道镜下活检,分析筛查结果。结果该组1 270例患者,经病理检查,阳性率为5.51%(70/1270),TCT、HPV检出符合率分别为88.57%(62/70)、92.86%(65/70),二者比较,差异无统计学意义;TCT、HPV检查联合阴道镜下活检的检出符合率为100.00%(70/70)。结论宫颈病变筛查过程中采用TCT、HPV检查联合阴道镜下活检,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To study the TCT joint biopsy under colposcope,HPV examination of cervical lesion screening effect.Methods Group selection in May 2015 to May 2016 selected 1270 patients of our hospital as the research object,analyzed retrospectively the clinical data of TCT,HPV joint biopsy under colposcope examination,inspection status analysis.Results all 1270 patients,by pathological examination,positive rate was 5.51%（70/1270）,TCT,HPV detection coincidence rate was 88.57%（62/70）,92.86%（65/70）,the comparison,the difference was not significant;TCT,HPV examination combined detection of biopsy under colposcope coincidence rate was 100.00%（70/70）.Conclusion Cervical lesion screening process with TCT,HPV joint biopsy under colposcope examination,obvious effect,is worth promoting.
