血清降钙素原检测在小儿感染性肺炎诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of Serum Calcitonin in the Diagnosis of Infectious Pneumonia in Children

目的研究血清降钙素原（PCT）检测在小儿感染性肺炎诊断中的应用价值。方法将该院2015年4月—2016年4月收治的100例小儿感染性肺炎病例按照感染病原体不同分为对照组（50例）与实验组（50例）,采用电化学放光法检测两组血清PCT水平。结果实验组患儿血清PCT水平为（11.67±3.60）μg/L,明显高于对照组的（0.31±0.09）μg/L,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组血清PCT在〈0.5、0.5-2.0、2.0-10.0、≥10.0μg/L区间的分布情况差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗前实验组患儿血清PCT水平为（11.67±3.60）μg/L,明显高于治疗后的（0.35±0.12）μg/L差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论检测血清降钙素原水平可有力支持小儿感染性肺炎的临床鉴别诊断,正确指导临床合理用药,改善患儿病情预后。

Objective To study the application value of serum calcitonin（PCT） in the diagnosis of infectious pneumonia in children.Methods 100 cases of children with infectious pneumonia in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were divided into control group（50 cases） and experimental group（50 cases） according to the different infection pathogens.Serum PCT levels of the two groups were detected by the electrochemical method of light.Results Eserum PCT level in experimental group was（11.67±3.60） μg/L,significantly higher than the control group（0.31±0.09） μg/L,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）;two groups of serum PCT in 〈0.5,0.5-2.0,2.0-10.0,≥10.0 μg/L had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,the serum PCT level in the experimental group was（11.67±3.60） μg/L,significantly higher than that after treatment（0.35±0.12）μg/L the difference was seatistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The detection of serum calcitonin level can effectively support the clinical differential diagnosis of infectious pneumonia in children,to guide clinical rational drug use,improve the prognosis of the disease,it is worthy of application.
