人工流产的患者实施计划生育服务指导教育的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Family Planning Education in Patients with Induced Abortion

目的探讨对进行人工流产手术的患者实施计划生育技术服务的临床效果。方法方便选取2014年3月—2015年3月期间在该站进行人工流产手术的200例患者随机均分为甲组和乙组。两组患者均常规的计划生育服务,乙组患者在甲组患者基础上进行计划生育技术服务。比较两组患者对避孕知识的掌握情况、对计划生育服务知识的掌握率、术后意外妊娠的发生率和再次进行人工流产手术的几率。结果乙组患者掌握避孕知识的得分平均为(9.06±1.10)分显著高于甲组患者(5.68±1.27)分(t=20.12,P<0.05)。乙组患者对计划生育服务知识的掌握率为95%,显著高于甲组(60%)。(χ2=35.13,P=0.00)。乙组患者意外妊娠率(2%)和其再次进行人工流产手术的比率(2%),均显著低于甲组患者(22.00%和17.00%)(χ2=42.67,P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论对进行人工流产手术的患者实施计划生育技术服务的效果显著,可有效地降低其术后意外妊娠的发生率及其再次进行人工流产手术的几率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of family planning education in patients undergoing artificial abortion.Methods Convenient selection 200 patients with induced abortion in our station during March 2015 to March 2014 were randomly divided into group A and group B,100 patients in each group. Comparison of the two groups of patients the chance to grasp the situation contraceptive knowledge,to master the knowledge of the rate of family planning services,the incidence of postoperative unintended pregnancies and abortions surgery again.Results Group B patients to master contraceptive knowledge score was（9.06 ± 1.10） points on average significantly higher than Group A patients（5.68±1.27） min（t =20.12,P〈0.05）.Group B patients to master knowledge of family planning services was 95%,significantly higher than group A（60%）.（χ^235.13,P = 0.00）.Group B patients accidental pregnancy rate（2%） and its re-performed abortion rate（2%）,were significantly lower than Group A patients（22.00% and 17.00%）（χ^2 42.67,P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The effect of family planning education in patients undergoing artificial abortion is significant,and it can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative unintended pregnancy and the probability of artificial abortion operation.
