胸腔镜手术内固定与传统剖胸内固定治疗多发肋骨骨折的效果分析

The analysis of the Treatment's Effect in the Multiple Rib Fractures with Internal Fixation and Traditional Internal Fixation

目的研究并对比胸腔镜手术内固定与传统剖胸内固定治疗多发肋骨骨折的临床效果。方法于2012年1月—2015年6月,随机选取该院收治的100例多发肋骨骨折患者,随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组实施传统剖胸内固定手术,观察组实施胸腔镜内固定手术。对比两组患者的术中出血量、术后机械通气时间、ICU住院时间、并发症发生情况。结果观察组的术中出血量、机械通气时间、ICU住院时间分别为(309.54±31.77)m L、(4.62±1.37)d、(5.46±1.43)d,较对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为12%,较对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施胸腔镜内固定手术治疗多发肋骨骨折,具有显著的效果。

Objective To study and compare the clinical effect of the treatment of internal fixation and traditional internal fixation in multiple rib fractures.Methods Random selection in January 2012 to June 2015,100 cases patients with multiple rib fracture in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups,each group had 50 cases,The control group was treated with traditional internal fixation surgery,and the observation group was treated with thoracic surgery.The blood loss,postoperative mechanical ventilation time,ICU length of stay,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding,mechanical ventilation time,ICU length of stay in the observation group were（309.54 ±31.77） m L,（4.62 ± 1.37） d,（5.46 ± 1.43） d,were significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The complication rate of the observation group was 12%,compared with the control group was significantly lower（P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Thoracic internal fixation surgery in the treatment of multiple rib fracture has a significant effect.
