131I治疗无效甲亢患者的手术开展及安全性分析

Operation and Safety Analysis of 131I in Patients with Hyperthyroidism

目的探究131I治疗无效甲亢患者通过手术治疗并分析其安全性。方法方便选取该院2005年1月—2013年12月收期间治的20例131I治疗无效甲亢患者实施甲状腺次全切除术,标记为观察组,将手术临床资料与同一时期的23例原发性甲亢患者,设定为对照组。记录术中两组患者手术时间、出血量及术后引流量,并调查患者术后甲减及并发症状况。结果两组手术时间、手术出血量、术后引流量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总并发症发生率为6(30.00%),对照组为6(26.09%);观察组患者术后复发3例(15.00%),对照组复发2例(8.70%),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 131I治疗无效甲亢患者实施甲状腺切除手术开展顺利,取得良好疗效,是安全有效的手术方法。

Objective To explore the safety of 131 I therapy in patients with hyperthyroidism treated by surgery.Methods Convenient selection in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2013 received during the treatment of 20 cases of 131 I treatment is ineffective implementation of the hyperthyroidism patients with subtotal resection of thyroid,labeled in the observation group,the surgery clinical data with the same period of 23 cases of primary hyperthyroidism,set as the control group.Record the volume and patients in both two groups of patients with operation time,bleeding after drainage,and investigate the status of patients with postoperative complications and hypothyroidism.Results The operation time,bleeding volume and postoperative lead flow rate of the two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Observation group,the total complication rate was 6（30.00%）,6（26.09%） in the control group.The observation group of patients with postoperative recurrence in 3 cases（15.00%）,and the control group,the recurrence in 2 cases（8.70%）.Two groups had no statistically significance（P〉0.05）,the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion131 I is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism,which is a safe and effective method for the treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism.
