应用人文关怀缓解胃镜检查中情绪状况的效果分析

The Effect of Applying Humanistic Care on the Emotional State of Gastroscopy

目的探究在胃镜临床检查过程中人文关怀的应用情况和效果分析。方法 2015年1—8月期间,整群选取该院消化内科接受胃镜检查的患者230例,随机分为观察组(120例)和对照组(110例),对照组在接受胃镜检查期间实施常规护理;观察组在接受胃镜检查期间实施人文关怀,对比两组患者的情绪状况以及患者的心率和血压指标改变情况。结果观察组患者在检查期间实施人文关怀其焦虑、担心和恐惧情绪比率78.19%明显低于对照组56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时观察组患者的心率和血压指标的变化情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科进行胃镜检查的患者实施人文关怀能够显著改善患者的焦虑和紧张情绪,同时避免出现心率和血压指标的大波动,值得在胃镜检查中推广应用。

Objective To explore the application and effect of humanistic care in the process of clinical examination of gastroscopy.Methods Group selection during the January 2015 to August 2015,our hospital gastroenterology accept 230 patients gastroscopy,were randomly divided into the observation group（120 cases） and the control group（110 cases）,control group underwent gastroscopy during the implementation of routine nursing;observation group received gastroscopy during the implementation of humanistic care,emotional state were compared between the two groups of patients and patients with heart rate and blood pressure index.Results The observation group patients during the inspection implementation of humanistic concern the anxiety,worry and fear ratio 78.19% was significantly lower than that of the control group was56.67%,significant difference with statistical criteria（P〈0.05）,and to observe the changes of groups of patients with heart rate and blood pressure indices were obviously superior to those in control group,the difference was significant in accordance with statistical criteria（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the Department of Gastroenterology were gastroscopy patients implementation of humanistic care can significantly improve the patient＇s anxiety and tension,at the same time to avoid large fluctuations in heart rate and blood pressure index,it is worth popularization and application in the gastroscopy.
