腹腔手术后出血的分析

Analysis of Bleeding after Abdominal Surgery

目的探析腹腔手术后的出血原因,并研究相关防范措施。方法方便选取该院2010年2月—2015年12月腹腔手术后出现出血现象的患者27例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果在腹腔手术后,患者出血的部位可能发生于肠胃、胆囊、胰腺、阑尾等多个病种以及多个术式。该次27例腹腔手术后出血患者经过再次手术治疗后,均取得较好的止血效果,有18例患者出现不同程度的休克,患者平均住院时间为(17.58±3.47)d,且所有患者均痊愈出院。结论多种腹腔手术患者均有可能在术后出现腹腔出血现象,其病种分布较广,且出血原因各不相同,因此需要对腹腔手术后出血患者的病情进行密切观察,尽早发现其出血状况,及时采取相应的手术治疗措施,能够有效止血,避免患者死亡。

Objective To study the causes of bleeding after abdominal operation, and to study the related preventive measures. Methods Convenient the clinical data of 28 patients with bleeding after abdominal operation in our hospital from February 2010 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results After abdominal operation, the bleeding site may occur in the stomach, gallbladder, pancreas, appendix and other diseases, as well as a number of surgical procedures. The27 cases of abdominal operative hemorrhage patients after reoperation were achieved better hemostatic effect, 18 patients had different degree of shock, the average hospitalization time was（17.58 ± 3.47） d, and all patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion Many patients undergoing abdominal operation were possible in the postoperative abdominal bleeding.The disease has a wide distribution, and bleeding for different reasons. Therefore, it is necessary to patients with bleeding after abdominal operation were closely observed, early detection the status of bleeding, take timely appropriate surgical treatment, can effectively stop bleeding, avoided the death of patients.
