有创颅内压监测在高血压脑出血治疗中的应用

Invasive Intracranial Pressure Monitoring Applications in the Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的探究有创颅内压监测在高血压脑出血治疗中的应用。方法方便选择该院自2010年4月—2015年4月收治的诊断为高血压脑出血的18例,所有患者都选择有创颅内压监测治疗,分析其治疗效果。结果根据Barthel指数评分,其中良15例,中5例,差1例。有1例患者由于循环衰竭出现死亡。而所有患者在监测过程中,没有出现因置入颅内压传感器发生并发症,如颅内感染、出血等。结论使用有创颅内压监测治疗高血压脑出血,可及时观察病情变化,对其治疗提供了可靠的依据,有效减少或避免并发症的发生,可以考虑在临床上借鉴及应用。

Conclusion The use of invasive intracranial pressure monitoring for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,Timely observation of changes in its treatment provides a reliable basis,Reduce or avoid complications, may consider drawing and application in clinical practice.
