血管紧张素受体拮抗剂对女性高血压伴糖耐量异常患者臂踝脉搏波传导速度的影响

摘要 目的探讨血管紧张素受体拮抗剂(ARB)对女性高血压伴糖耐量异常患者臂踝脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)的影响。方法方便选取2013年5月—2015年5月该院收治的90例女性高血压合并糖耐量异常患者作为研究对象,按照1:1比例分为A组(45例,予以ARB治疗)和B组(45例,予以CCB治疗),比较2组ba PWV、血压、2 h PG、FBG及hsCRP变化情况。结果 A组ba PWV、hs-CRP的值分别为(1 370.17±277.15)cm/s、(2.79±0.75)mg/L,与B组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组血压、2h PG、Hb A1C比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论女性高血压伴糖耐量异常患者应用ARB治疗,有利于改善其血管炎症和血管壁弹性,具有积极的临床使用推广意义。 Objective To investigate the angiotensin receptor blocker(ARB) for women with hypertension and pulse wave velocity(ba PWV) the impact of abnormal glucose tolerance in patients with arm ankle. Methods Convenient selection May2013 — May 2015 in our hospital 90 cases of women with hypertension and impaired glucose tolerance in patients as research subjects, according to the 1: 1 ratio into Group A(45 cases, be ARB therapy) and group B(45 cases, the treatment to be CCB), two groups were compared ba PWV, blood pressure, 2h PG,Hb A1 C and hs-CRP changes. Results Group A ba PWV, hs-CRP value respectively(1 370.17±277.15)cm/s,(2.79±0.75)mg/L, compared with group B, with significant difference(P〈0.05), but the two groups, 2 h PG, Hb A1 C, blood pressure is not statistically significant(P〉0.05).Conclusion Women with hypertension and impaired glucose tolerance in patients ARB therapy, help to improve their vascular inflammation and vascular wall elasticity, promote the use of having a positive clinical significance.
