卡维地洛对2型糖尿病并发急性心肌梗死后心功能衰竭患者的影响评价

Evaluate the Effects of Carvedilol on Cardiac Function in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Acute Myocardial Infarction Kumari

目的探究卡维地洛对2型糖尿病并发AMI心功能衰竭的治疗效果。方法选取2015年3月—2016年4月该院收治的117例糖尿病合并AMI患者,随机分为两组,对照组56例,常规降糖、强心治疗,研究组61例,除降糖强心治疗外给予患者口服卡维地洛片,比较两组患者治疗前后心功能指标变化及FPG、UA及AngⅡ等指标。结果经过治疗,两组患者的上述指标均明显改善,但是研究组治疗后患者心功能及UA及AngⅡ水平均明显优于对照组,FPG无明显优势。结论卡维地洛应用于2型糖尿病合并AMI患者,能明显改善患者心功能状态,疗效显著,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of carvedilol on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with heart failure AMI. Methods a total of 2015 treated in our hospital from March 2016 April 117 cases of diabetes patients with A-MI, were randomly divided into for two groups, 56 cases in the control group, conventional hypoglycemic, strong heart treat-ment study group （n = 61）, except for the treatment of diabetes and a strong sense of giving patients with oral carvedilol, compared two groups of patients treated cardiac function changes and fasting plasma glucose （FPG）, UA and Ang II index before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the two groups of patients with the above indicators were significantly improved, but the study group after treatment in patients with cardiac function and UA and Ang II levels were significantly better than the control group, FPG no obvious advantage. Conclusion Carvedilol in type 2 diabetes patients with AMI can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients with, curative effect is distinct, with clinical value.
