摘要
目的:对糖尿病诊断过程中采取生化检验(糖耐受试验、血糖检测与血脂检测等)后所产生的临床应用价值进行分析。方法将75例健康体检人员与该院在2015年3月-2016年2月期间诊治的75例糖尿病患者分别划为对照组与观察组,两组均实施生化检验(糖耐受试验、血糖检测与血脂检测等),探讨糖尿病诊断过程中实施生化检验所产生的临床应用价值。结果经检验,观察组患者血液里面的LDL-C、GLU及TC与TG指标值分别为(3.27±0.93)、(7.36±0.92)、(7.34±1.63)、(3.01±0.79)mmol/L,都显著高于对照组,该两组患者上述指标对比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。此外,经对两组人员做糖耐受试验,观察组患者2 h糖耐受试验的结果均值是(13.4±4.1)mmol/L,全部超出了参考值区间(3.8-7.8 mmol/L),表明糖尿病患者在糖耐受方面的能力显著减弱。结论在糖尿病诊断过程中采取生化检验(糖耐受试验、空腹血糖检测与血脂检测等),有着很高的临床诊断价值,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus (glu-cose tolerance test, blood sugar detection and blood lipid test, etc.). Methods 75 cases of healthy persons in our institute and in March 2015 to 2016 2 months during the diagnosis and treatment of 75 cases of diabetic patients were designated as the control group and the observation group, two groups were implemented biochemical tests (sugar tolerance test, determi-nation of blood glucose and blood lipid, etc.), investigate the implementation of biochemical test of clinical application value in the diagnosis of diabetes. Results The test was observed in patients with blood LDL-C, Glu, TC and TG index respec-tively (3.27±0.93), (7.36±0.92), (7.34±1.63), (3.01±0.79) mmol/L values are significantly higher than those in control group, the two groups of patients with these indicators compared with significant difference (P〈0.05), there is a statistically signif-icant. In addition, the glucose tolerance test on the two groups of researchers observed groups 2 h glucose tolerance test re-sults mean (13.4 + 4.1 mmol/L), all exceeded the reference interval value (3. 8 to 7.8 mmol/L), show that the ability in pa-tients with diabetes mellitus in glucose tolerance decreased significantly. Conclusion Biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetes(glucose tolerance test, fasting blood glucose and blood lipid testing), has a high clinical diagnostic value, it is worth promoting.
