探讨“2型糖尿病”合并甲亢的治疗方法

To Explore the Diagnosis and Treatment of "type 2 Diabetes" Merger of Hyperthyroidism

目的研究探讨治疗2型糖尿病合并甲亢的方法。方法选择2015年1月—2016年1月90例该院的2型糖尿病合并甲亢的门诊患者,对所有患者进行常规的药物治疗,即患者口服甲巯咪唑片和二甲双胍片并注射胰岛素,同时根据患者的具体情况制定相应的饮食和运动计划,观察患者治疗后的血糖以及甲状腺激素水平,同时观察有无不良反应。结果经过治疗患者的血糖和甲状腺激素水平均低于治疗前,且患者没有出现明显的不良反应。结论药物治疗对2型糖尿病合并甲亢的治疗效果较好且安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective To study the method of treatment for type 2 diabetes ／＂merge hyperthyroidism. Methods Choose 90 cases from 2015 to 2016 in our hospital outpatient patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperthyroidism, to conventional drug treatment of all of the patients, the patients with oral a sulfhydryl imidazole and metformin and insulin injections, ac-cording to the specific circumstances of patients at the same time the corresponding diet and exercise plan, observation after treatment in patients with blood sugar and thyroid levels, and observe any adverse reactions. Results After treatment the patient＇s blood sugar and thyroid levels are lower than before the treatment, and patients with no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Drug treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus and the effect of the treatment of hyperthyroidism and security is higher, is worth promoting.
