摘要
目的通过比较低血糖的常规管理方式和持续质量改进管理方式(PDCA)对DN患者血液透析过程中低血糖的发生率,确定更为有效的管理方法。方法选取2014年1月—2015年6月前来该院就诊进行血液透析的DN患者,随机分为常规组与PDCA组,观察透析过程中患者的病情改变,记录数据并统计。结果 PDCA组患者与常规组患者相比,低血糖发生率要低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进管理方法能更有效的防止透析过程中发生低血糖。
Objective By comparing the conventional management mode and continuous quality improvement of hypogly-caemia way （PDCA） the incidence of hypoglycemia in the process of hemodialysis patients with DN, determine more effec-tive management methods. Methods Choose between January 2014 and June 2015 to come to our hospital for hemodialysis patients with DN, randomly divided into normal group and the PDCA, observation patient＆#39;s condition change in the process of dialysis, record the data and statistics. Results PDCA group patients compared with normal group of patients, lower inci-dence of hypoglycemia, two groups are statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continuous quality improvement man-agement method can more effectively prevent hypoglycemia in dialysis process.
