首都机场下穿跑道隧道施工道面沉降修复技术 被引量:8

摘要 首都机场T3E-T2捷运联络线及汽车通道工程下穿既有机场主跑道,隧道宽23.2 m,顶部距离道面最大仅5.6 m,不停航施工下地面不具备加固条件。通过施工沉降因素和数值计算分析、现场模拟实验等对道面沉降修复技术进行研究,采取了管幕、隧道施工超前预注浆和通过管幕预留注浆孔向上部土体进行小量多次顶升注浆措施,有效地控制了道面的最终沉降,保证了跑道的正常运营,为今后类似工程提供了借鉴。 The T3E-T2 MRT Line and Automotive Channel Engineering of the Capital Airport Extension Project was undercrossing the existing airport main runways,the width of the tunnel is 23. 2 m,and the maximum space to the surface ground is 5. 6 m. It was difficult to strengthen the pavement in the operation condition on the ground. After researching on the construction settlement factors and numerical calculation,simulated field experiment and so on,this paper explored the repair solutions,and employed the measures such as the tube roof,pre-grouting in tunnel construction and presetting grouting holes in the tube roof to jack grouting in a small amount in several times into the roof soils,which effectively controlled the final pavement settlement and ensured runway in a normal operation condition. This could give other similar works a useful reference.
