泥水平衡盾构复合地层泥浆配比及应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 大直径泥水平衡盾构机在卵石-砾石地层施工过程中,高分子泥浆出现了泥浆大量漏失、携渣能力弱、卵石堆积、开挖面护壁泥膜形成困难等现象,影响掘进效率、存在开挖面坍塌风险。通过对高分子泥浆和黏土层废弃泥浆进行配比试验研究,制备出成本低、性能好的泥浆,并应用于复杂的卵石-砾石复合地层,解决了泥浆漏失、大卵石堆积、开挖面护壁泥膜形成难等问题。 During the construction of large diameter slurry balance shield machine in gravel-pebble ground,some cases of polymer mud appeared such as mud loss,weak carrying capacity,pebble accumulation,difficult to form mud film of the excavation face etc.,which led to influence driving efficiency and collapse in the excavation face. In this paper,proportioning test study had been done about polymer mud and clay layer waste mud to make some kind of mud with low cost and good performance. The mud was used in complex gravel-pebble formation ground,and it solved the problems of mud loss,stacking pebbles,and stabilizing excavation face.
