摘要
长沙南站至黄花机场磁浮工程,属于我国第一条自主设计、施工的知识产权磁浮项目。针对长沙中低速磁浮轨道结构采用F型轨,安装技术难度大,精度要求高等特点,在轨排基地进行足尺试验,从轨排吊装、存放、粗铺、精调、浇筑、安全防护等工艺展开研究,解决了轨排支撑架配合轨排精调难调整、轨排线形控制及承轨台浇筑控制等难题,形成的施工工艺成套技术,能够高效率、高安全、高精度满足轨道施工。
The maglev project from Changsha South Station to Huanghua International Airport is the first independent intellectual property rights on medium-low speed design and construction in China. In terms of difficulty on installation and precise requirement of F shape rail sleeper in this project,this paper introduced a full-size experiment method in track panel base where a serial studies about lifting,storage,roughly laying,precise adjustment,casting and safety protection were conducted,then problems were resolved accordingly,such as precise adjustment on supporting cooperating with rail sleeper,rail sleeper geometry control and supporting block track concrete cast. The full set of technology would tremendously improve the construction in efficiency,safety and precision.
