摘要
中低速磁浮轨排钢轨为F型构造,轨排在安装时需要放置临时支承体系,可保证轨排挠度、轨道三维空间精度及承轨台浇筑质量的可靠性。结合长沙磁浮工程轨道安装承轨梁及轨排的结构特点,考虑方便施工的需要,通过开发专用的轨排支撑架,确定了支撑架的部件组成,以及轨排纵、横、竖三向的调整方式,完成了F型轨排施工所需的一套支承体系有关设计技术工作。通过工程实践表明,该支撑架所形成的支承体系能够快速、高效地满足现场施工要求。
It is known that the rail steel sleeper is preforming an F shape on medium-low speed maglev. During the period of steel sleeper installation,a temporary support system is necessary which will cater for the reliability on rail sleeper deflection,the rail 3D space precision and supporting track concrete quality. This paper,based on the characteristics of Changsha maglev project rail installation and supporting rail steel sleeper structure,as well as the requirement of convenient construction,developed a specialized supporting system and defined the components,a 3D direction adjustment method was obtained on longitudinal,horizontal and vertical and approached to the design technical level about F shape of a full set of supporting system rail sleeper construction. According to the practice on site,this supporting system would play a fast and high efficiency role on site demanding.
