摘要
对目前国内外的光伏并网逆变器的研究进行了综述。首先从机理建模和试验建模两个方面介绍了光伏并网逆变器数学模型,为进一步仿真研究打好基础。然后分析了不同光伏并网逆变器拓扑结构及特点,主要包括单级式和两级式拓扑;带变压器隔离型和不带变压器非隔离型;高频光伏并网逆变器。最后论述了光伏并网逆变器的控制技术,包括如何实现最大功率跟踪控制;电网正常时和短路时如何更好实现光伏系统输出电流的控制。
The research of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter at home and abroad was reviewed. Firstly,the mathematical model of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter was introduced from two aspects of mechanism modeling and experimental modeling,which is the basis of further simulation research. Then the topology and characteristics of the grid-connected inverter were analyzed,including single stage and two stage topology,the isolation and nonisolation transformer,high frequency photovoltaic grid-connected inverter. Finally,the control technology of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter was discussed,including how to realize the maximum power tracking control;how to realize the control of the output current of PV system when the power grid is normal and short circuit.
