摘要
目的对西北地区4所军队医院不同编制护士职业认同感与离职意愿进行调查,以期提高军队医院护士职业认同感、降低离职意愿,以稳定军队医院护理队伍建设、提高护理质量。方法采用问卷调查法发放问卷530份,分析军队医院不同编制护士职业认同感与离职意愿。结果聘用制护士职业认同感、离职意愿得分均高于正式在编护士,对两者离职意愿进行独立样本t检验,结果 P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论聘用制护士职业认同感较高,离职意愿较高;管理者应引起高度重视,降低聘用制护士离职意愿。
Objective To investigate and analyze professional identity and dimission intention of nurses of different personnel establishment in 4 military hospitals in the northwest area,in order to improve nurses' professional identity in military hospitals and lower their dimission intention,to stabilize the military hospitals' nursing team construction and to improve the quality of nursing. Methods 130 questionnaires were issued,to analyze occupational identity and dimission intention of nurses of different personnel establishment. Results The scores of contract nurses' professional identity and dimission intention are higher than those of officially enrolled nurses.Comparing the independent sample t-test of the two,the difference is statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Since the scores of contract nurses' professional identity and dimission intention are higher than those of officially enrolled nurses,administrators should pay attention to lowering the contract nurses' dimission intention.
