Study on the Development of Research-oriented Physicians

目的分析研究型医师培养项目的意义。方法对入选研究型医师培养项目的医师的科研与临床工作情况进行分析。结果入选医师具有较好的研究和临床工作基础,但在学术任职、国际学术会议报告、成果奖、SCI论文影响因子和他引次数、国家发明专利、多中心临床研究,以及主攻专病方向收治患者情况等方面还需加强。结论研究型医师培养项目对引导临床医师关注专病的研究和临床工作,以及关注研究与临床的结合具有指导意义。

Objective To analyze the significance of the development of research-oriented physicians.Methods Analyzing the research and clinical work of physicians who were selected to the plan of research-oriented physicians. Results The physicians selected in the plan had good research and clinical foundation. However,the following aspects are to be improved： academic position,report on international academic conference,research achievement,SCI impact factor and other citations,national invention patents,multi-center clinical research and patient admission and treatment of the specific diseases. Conclusion The plan of research-oriented physicians could guide physicians to pay more attention to research and clinical work of specific diseases and combining research and clinical work better.
