野战医疗所护理标准化管理的构建

Construction and Application of Standardized Administration of Nursing in the Field Medical Clinic

借鉴标准化的基本原理与方法,对野战医疗所护理标准化管理模式构建。结合野战医疗所多年卫勤保障中护理管理的经验,探讨护理标准化管理模式:健全演练护理管理制度,明确参训护士岗位职责;规范战地技术操作标准,创新战地技能训练方式;标准化伤员救治护理流程,细化功能组室展开布局;制定全面护理应急预案,应用标准伤员综合演练;严格军事素质科目训练,系统化培训卫生勤务全员。实践证实,野战医疗所护理标准化管理,有助于提高我军护士的医务保障能力。

According to the basic principle and methods of standardization,standardized administration mode of nursing in the field medical clinic is constructed. Combined with experiences of nursing administration in the field medical clinic for several years,this paper explores the standardized administration mode of nursing： improving the nursing administration system,clarifying the post responsibilities of nurses,normalizing technical operating processes,innovating methods of skills training,standardizing nursing process of the wounded treatment,specifying different layouts of functional groups,developing the comprehensive nursing emergency plan,applicating standardized patients in training,strictly training military quality courses,and systematically promoting medical service for all participants. Nursing standardized administration contributes to improving nurses＇ abilities of medical service support in the field medical clinic.
