摘要
“互联网＋”意味着跨界与融合，互联网已成为驱动中国经济转型升级的内在引擎。对于阜阳来说，通过完善平台建设，提升以互联网平台为支撑的创新创业服务能力，借“互联网＋”助力农民创业，推进农业现代化，打造“互联网＋”创业创新示范城市。
＂Internet plus＂ means that cross-border and integration, Intemet has become the driving China＇s economic transforma- tion and upgrading of the internal engine. As for Fuyang, through the improvement of platform construction, enhance the ability to support innovation and entrepreneurship in the Internet platform, use the ＂Internet plus＂ to help farmers entrepreneurship, pro- mote agricultural modernization, create ＂Internet plus＂ entrepreneurial innovation demonstration city.
