考试招生制度改革正在全面展开,在改革方案制订以及具体实践中,必须兼顾科学性和社会性。考试招生制度改革的科学性是社会性保证的必要条件,社会性必须在与科学性兼容的前提下才能实现;科学性的实质性进展又要充分考虑考试招生的社会性。考试招生制度改革既要关注回应社会公平性的诉求,又要关注自身设计的科学性。

As the examination and admission system reform is getting into but also its social nature should be taken into account in the process of full swing, drafting the not only its scientific nature reform plan and the actual practice. Since the scientific nature of the reform is a prerequisite for guaranteeing its social nature, not until the latter is compatible with the former can the latter become a reality. At the same time, any substantive progress of the reform in terms of its scientific nature should fully take into consideration the social nature of examination and admission practices. In a nutshell, not only should the examination and admission system reform respond to the demands of the public in terms of social justice, but also concern itself with the scientific nature of its own design.
