微创胸腔镜与传统正中开胸二尖瓣手术效果比较的进展 被引量:6

Progress of Comparison between Minimally Invasive Video Assisted Th oracic Surgery and Traditional Median Sternotomy for Mitral Valve Surgery

摘要 随着外周体外循环技术的出现及应用,心脏外科手术逐渐从传统正中开胸到微创胸腔镜转变。两种不同的手术方式在二尖瓣手术中的临床实践存在较大差异。微创胸腔镜心脏手术具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快、美容等优点,但亦存在学习曲线长、操作空间狭窄、器械要求高等问题。综合比较传统正中开胸与微创胸腔镜二尖瓣手术早期及远期结果的差异,以便更好地开展微创胸腔镜二尖瓣手术。 Cardiac surgery has a gradual change from traditional median sternotomy to minimally invasive surgery due to the appearance and application of peripheral extracorporeal circulation. There are great differences in the clinical practice of two different surgical methods in mitral valve operation. Minimally invasive thoracic surgery has the advantages of less trauma, less bleeding, faster recovery, beauty and so on. However, such surgery also has its weaknesses, such as longer learning curve, narrow operation space and high requirements of equipment. To compare the differences of early and long-term results in mitral valve operation between traditional median sternotomy and minimally invasive thoracic surgery is to better summarize and operate minimally invasive thoracic surgery for mitral valve surgery.
