传播仪式观视域下高校就业指导服务中的信息传播探析

Analysis of Information Dissemination in College Employment Guidance and Service from the perspective of the Ritual View of Communication

就业指导服务作为高校就业工作的重要组成部分,一定程度上影响着就业工作能否有效开展,而传播仪式观恰巧从信息传播的角度提供探索就业指导服务的另一重独特思路,高校就业指导服务本质上是一种传播行为,不仅是简单的信息传递,更是一种信息的筛与选、观念的读与析、服务的引与导。基于传播仪式观视角,本文为高校就业指导服务建构三重路径,即定位"把关人"角色、塑造"意见领袖"形象、建构"想象的共同体"。

As an important part of college employment affairs, employment guidance and service, to some extent, affects its efficiency. The Ritual View of Communication provides a unique way of exploring employment guidance and service from the perspective of the information dissemination. College employment guidance and service essentially is a kind of communication, which is not only a simple transmission of information, but also a sifting of information, an analysis of concept and an instruction of service.- Based on the Ritual View of Communication, this paper constructs three paths for the college employment guidance and service, which is to play the role of ＂gatekeeper＂, shape the image of ＂opinion leader＂ and construct an ＂imagined community＂.
