新常态下做好大学生职业指导工作“新三化”建设的对策与思考

Suggestions and Reflections on the Construction of "New Three Orders" of College Students' Career Guidance Work under the New Normal state

近年来随着我国经济发展进入"新常态",国家经济换挡减速,产业结构调整进一步加快,新增就业岗位存在不确定性,同时高校毕业生大增,但专门人才的素质不能适应社会需要,一定程度造成目前大学生就业形势严峻的局面。大学生职业指导工作我国就业服务体系建设的重要环节,关系到社会的稳定,经济的持续发展,以及中国梦的最终实现。因此在新常态环境下,如何全面提升大学生职业指导工作的制度化、专业化和社会化(简称"新三化")建设,增强学生就业创业和职业转换能力,是我们每一位高校学生工作者需要研究的课题。

In recent years, the economy of China is undergoing a ＂new normal state＂, the national economic growth is slowing down, and industrial structure is facing a speed-up adjustment. Under the new normal state, new increased job chances are hard to defined, however, the qualities of the increasing graduates from colleges and universities cannot adapt to the need of society, which caused a grim situation for the tmiversity students＇ employment. Therefore, in order to adapt to the new normal state, it is of great impotence for colleges and universities to improve career guidance work. Career guidance work is playing an important role in the employment service system. Besides, Career guidance work is related to the stability of society, the sustainable development of economy, and finally realization of the Chinese dream. Hence in the new normal environment, the projects that how to improve the institutionalization, specialization and socialization （hereinafter referred to as ＂new three orders＂） of college students＇ career guidance work, and how to raise the capacities of students＇ employment, entrepreneurship and professional transformation are very necessary for each worker serving for college students.
