基于大数据分析的高校困难群体毕业生近年就业情况研究

高校中的贫困大学生群体已经越来越成为全社会加以关注的对象。本文主要介绍高校困难群体毕业生的类型,包括课程成绩差;综合能力弱;就业观念不成熟;身体残疾或外貌形象不佳;高校专业结构、课程设置与人才培养方案不合理;用人单位歧视;家庭经济困难。并通过对2012年至2014年的东北电力大学困难群体毕业生的就业情况数据进行配合度检验、独立性检验和同质性检验,对统计结果进行分析得出结论。
