摘要
本研究利用Logistic模型和普通回归模型,以是否签订就业协议和就业满意度作为中医专业学生就业竞争力的衡量指标,从学业成绩、学生的社会关系背景、实践能力和对就业态度等四个方面分析影响就业竞争力的因素。研究显示:云南中医学院毕业生的人际沟通能力和求职心态对其就业竞争力具有极为显著的影响,学业成绩和实践能力两方面对毕业生就业竞争力的影响并未达到显著水平,但是有积极的促进作用。研究结果对提高中医院校毕业生的就业竞争力具有参考借鉴作用。
Employment agreement and job satisfaction are selected as the measuring indices of university graduates' employment competitiveness." Applying the logistic model and general regression model respectively, the reseach analyzes four categories of factors which affect university graduates' employment competitiveness: academic achievement, relationship back-ground, work ability and job- hunting attitude. The result shows that communication ability and job-hunting attitude affect students' employment competitiveness most significantly. Academic achievement has a positive effect on employment competitiveness, but not significantly. The result is used for referencing to enhance graduates'employment competitiveness.
