嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白（eosinophil cationic protein,ECP）是嗜酸粒细胞（eosinophil,EOS）分泌的4种强碱性蛋白中的一种,其他还有碱性蛋白（major basic protein,MBP）、嗜酸粒细胞衍生神经毒素/嗜酸粒细胞蛋白X（eosinophil derived neurotoxin/eosinophil protein X）、嗜酸粒细胞过氧化物酶等。大量研究资料表明,ECP来源于EOS,并且是EOS活化和转归的生物标志〔1〕。

Eosinophil cationic protein（ECP）is a heterogeneous molecule originating from activated eosinophil granulocytes.Airway allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis and asthma are closely related eosinophils that Infiltrate local tissue.ECP can be actively used in the diagnosis of allergic disease,curative effect evaluations as a biomarker.The origin and the biology function of ECP as well as its relations with the infection are introduced,espcially,the relationship between ECP and ashma、allergic rhinitis are also addressed.
