默认网络在阿尔茨海默病早期诊断中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是常以情节记忆障碍为首发症状并逐渐进展至全面认知功能减退,伴发精神行为异常,最终导致日常生活能力丧失的中枢神经退行性疾病,是导致痴呆的最常见原因,占痴呆人群的60% ~70%[1].已有证据表明AD的病理过程始于认知功能障碍出现之前20 ~ 30年[2].
