摘要
人才培养模式的创新是人才培养的关键。长期以来,在教育中形成了两种有代表性的、具有鲜明特色的人才培养模式,即以知识为中心和以学生为中心的人才培养模式。我国由于应试教育等原因,教育中长期坚持了以知识为中心的人才培养模式,导致拔尖创新人才匮乏,学生实践应用能力不强等弊端。创新人才培养模式要确立创新型国家需要的人才培养目标,教育过程要以创新人才培养为核心,课程建设要以素质教育为主题,培养和造就创新型师资,建立合理的人才评价标准。
The key of talents cultivation is innovation of the talent cultivation mode.Two typical and distinct talent cultivation modes have formed in school education for a long time:one is the knowledge-imparting-centered mode,the other is the student-centered mode.In China,education on the knowledge-imparting-centered mode long-term results in short of creative and outstanding talents and students'deficiency in practice abilities.Innovative talent cultivation mode should establish clear talent cultivation objectives with high position,and organize education activities at the core of innovative talents cultivation,and deepen curriculum reform which is themed with quality-oriented education,and foster innovative and research-basd teachers,and set up reasonable talents selection standards.
