Analysis on a Case of Failing to Fulfill Obligations of Compulsory Vaccination

通过对一起不履行动物强制免疫义务案件的分析,指出同类案件在办理过程中容易出现的问题,以及的目前执法工作中存在的一些不足,针对这些问题提出了解决建议。

Animal compulsory vaccination plan has been implemented for years. However,there are still some people who do not fulfill their obligations. Analysis was made towards a case of failing to fulfill compulsory vaccination obligations. Problems could be encountered during the investigation of such cases were indicated,deficiencies of current law-enforcement activities reflected by such case were pointed out,and advices on how to address these problems were also given in the end.
