临时配制的伏立康唑滴眼液稳定性研究 被引量：8

摘要 真菌性角膜炎占感染性角膜炎的62%，在中国居首位。病原体主要是镰孢菌和曲霉菌，约70%为镰孢菌[1]。以往因缺乏高效的商品化抗真菌滴眼液，治疗效果差、致盲率高。抗真菌药分类有多烯类抗真菌药、唑类抗真菌药、棘球白素类抗真菌药物和嘧啶类、免疫抑制剂类抗真菌药物等。
