摘要 近年来，主动脉瓣狭窄微创腔内治疗技术，即经导管主动脉瓣置换术的发展，丰富了主动脉瓣疾病的治疗方法，使得外科手术禁忌的退行性主动脉瓣狭窄患者有望得到微创、安全的救治。我们在国内主动脉瓣狭窄微创腔内治疗经验的基础上，
