严重气管瘢痕狭窄的外科治疗 被引量：2

Surgical management of severe cicatriciai tracheal stricture

摘要 气管瘢痕狭窄可因气管插管、切开或外伤后引起，发生率达10％-22％，但出现喘鸣、呼吸困难等呼吸道梗阻症状的严重狭窄甚为少见，仅1％-2％。一旦发生严重气管狭窄，患者随时可能因局部炎症水肿、分泌物潴留出现生命危险，需紧急处置。2008年1月至2014年11月，我科手术治疗严重气管瘢痕狭窄9例，患者均顺利恢复，现报告如下。
