翼状胬肉术后筋膜瘤临床分析

The clinical analysis of fascia tumor after pterygium surgery

目的回顾性分析翼状胬肉术后筋膜瘤患者的临床表现，病因及治疗、预防措施，加深对该并发症的认识。方法对2014年1月至2015年6月在玉溪市人民医院眼科接受翼状胬肉手术治疗后出现筋膜瘤的8例（8只眼）患者的诊治过程进行分析。结果8例筋膜瘤临床表现大致相同，原因不一，手术切除筋膜瘤后均无复发，联合药物治疗可治愈。结论筋膜瘤的发生多与手术操作不规范、结膜创面愈合不佳，筋膜暴露，异物存留等因素有关。提高对翼状胬肉术后筋膜瘤发生的认识，实施标准化的翼状胬肉手术治疗，尽量减少该并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestation, pathogenesis, treatment and prevention measures of fascia tumor after pterygium surgery, and to deepen the understanding of the complications. Methods Parts of the diagnosis and treating process were analyzed in recent year retro-spectively. Results All of the 8 patients with the same clinical manifestation, various etiological factors, surgery was the main treatment method. It could be cured combined with drug therapy. Conclusions Fascia tumor occurs after pterygium surgery with the unstandard operation, poor healing of conjunctival, expose fascia and the stay foreign body. Improve the understanding of fascia tumor, the implementation of standardized pterygium surgical treatment can reduce the complications.
