摘要妊娠合并血小板减少（pregancy with thrombocytopenia,PT）是由多种内外科合并症和妊娠并发症所导致的以血小板减少,血小板计数（PLT）〈100×109/L为病理生理特征,以出血、贫血等为临床表现的妊娠期常见的血液系统合并症之一。目前,国内外PT发病率高达7%-10%）。
