摘要
目的和方法 利用大鼠不规则进食的方法造成胃电节律失常的模型 ,模拟临床功能性消化不良的情况 ,通过针刺足三里和胃俞后观察胃肠肌间神经丛 NO能神经元数量和灰度的变化来研究针刺作用的机理。结果 针刺组与模型组相比神经元的密度下降 ,灰度值上升 ,而对上段小肠的影响不明显。结果 针刺足三里和胃俞穴可以使胃内 NOS的活性恢复到正常水平 ,有利于胃肠道功能的恢复。
Purpose and Method To investigate the mechanism of acupuncture. The model of electrogastric dysrthythmias was made by feeding rat irregularly to simulate clinical functional indigestion. After acupuncturing Zusanli(ST36) and Weishu(BL21), the change of the quantity and the grey scale of nitroxidergic neuron in the stomach and intestine intermuscular nerve plexus were observed. Results The density of neuron in the acupuncture group is lower than that of model group, while the grey scale in the acupuncture group is higher than that of model group. The effect of acupuncture on the superior segment of intestine isn't significant. Conclusion Acupuncturing Zusanli(ST36) and Weishu(BL21) can recover the activity of nitroxide synthase(NOS) in stomach and restore the function of gastrointestinal tract.
