现代汉民族共同语的多元观

Concept of pluralism in understanding Chinese as the modern common language of the Han people

文章提出了现代汉民族共同语的多元观问题,具体所指一是内涵多元,进一步明确和强调共同语包括口语与书面语,另外无论口语还是书面语,以及二者之间的关系,也都具有多元的特点;二是分布多元,认为现代汉民族共同语不仅存在于两岸四地这4个言语子社区,也存在于其他海外华人社区,各地之间互有异同;三是来源多元,指出共同语口语与书面语有不同的来源,二者在时间上也不同步。在多元观下,文章强调应该对民族共同语进行"纵横交错"的研究,即历时、共时以及二者相结合的研究。

This paper brings up the concept of pluralism in understanding Chinese as the modern common language of the Han people.It refers to the following three aspects：firstly,its diverse connotations which refer to both the spoken and written language as well as their relations with the characteristics of diversity;secondly,its distribution is diverse,not only in the four areas of the mainland,Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan of China,but also in other overseas Chinese-inhabited areas with their own features;thirdly,it has diverse sources for both spoken and written Chinese which are not synchronic in development.This concept of pluralism advocates that the study of a common language should adopt both the diachronic and synchronic approaches as well as an integrated approach.
