摘要 我国汽车摩托车质量检验检测机构对摩托车制动性能有着严格的性能指标要求,针对摩托车制动性能测试系统的现状,介绍了一种基于嵌入式平台的便携摩托车随车制动性能测试系统的设计方案。该系统包括了双单片机处理,信号采集,数据存储,液晶显示,数据通讯及数据打印模块,完成了对摩托车制动性能指标,即制动距离的计算。该设计方案对提高摩托车制动性能测试系统的便携性,降低成本和能耗有一定的理论价值和实用价值。 Our country quality inspection and testing institute of car and motorcycle has strict performance requirements for motorcycle braking performance. According to the real situation of our country motorcycle braking performance, this article introduces a design of portable motorcycle follower braking performance testing system which is based on embedded platform. This system includes dual Single Chip processing,signal collecting, data storage, LCD displaying, data communication, and data printing, in order to carry out motorcycle braking performance testing or calculate braking distance. This design has a certain extent theoretical and practical value for motorcycle braking performance test system.
