职业焦虑是目前图书馆从业人员普遍存在的一种心理问题。基于对焦虑概念和特征的阐述,分析了图书馆员职业焦虑的原因,提出了杜绝空想、改变思维模式、营造和谐的人际关系、学会放松等焦虑管理途径。

The vocational anxiety a kind of psychological problem commonly existing among librarians. Based on expounding the concept and features of the anxiety, this paper analyzes the causes of librarians ＇ vocational anxiety, and puts forward some approaches for anxiety management such as completely eradicating the daydream, changing the thinking model, building the harmonious interpersonal relationship, and learning to relax.
