摘要介绍了圣安东尼奥公共图书馆理事会制度的构成情况,分析了深圳图书馆理事会制度的发展现状和存在的问题,借鉴国外的理事会制度提出了我国公共图书馆理事会制度发展的策略。 This paper introduces the composition of the San Antonio Public Library＇ s council system, analyzes the development status and existing problems of Shenzhen Library＇ s council system, and puts forward some strategies for devel- oping public library＇ s council system in our country by drawing lessons from foreign council system.
