摘要
茉莉作为常绿灌木以其芳香的气味,深受大众喜爱,并开发作为花茶原料及重要的香精原料。本文对近年来对茉莉花的研究应用进行一个综述,介绍茉莉花在医药方面研究得到的最新进展,为进一步开发利用奠定理论基础。
Jasmine as evergreen shrub is loved by the public for the aromatic scent, and developed as tea raw ma- terials and important fragrance raw materials. This paper reviewed the research and application of jasmine in recent years, and the latest development of the research on the medicine is introduced, which lays a theoretical foundation for the further development and utilization of jasmine.
