摘要
目的建立测定灵莲花颗粒中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定,波长为238nm,流速:1.0m L·min^(-1),乙腈-水(15∶85)为流动相。结果栀子苷进样量在6.10~61.04μg之间,线性关系良好(r=0.9998,n=6),平均回收率为99.98%,RSD=0.14%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法测定灵莲花颗粒中栀子苷含量,灵敏度高,准确可靠,重现性好,可用于含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of geniposide in LingLianHua parti- cles. METHODS HPLC method was determination,wave length was set at 238nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL ·min-1. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-water( 15:85 ). RESULTS Under this condition, there was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 6. 10 - 61.04txg · mL-1 ( r = 0. 9998, n = 6 ). The average re-covery was 100. 36% (RSD = 0. 69% , n = 6). CONCLUSION Determination of geniposide in Ling Lian Hua par- ticles by HPLC is accurate and reliable, high sensitivity, good reproducibility, and can be used for determination of content.
